Cast into our personally designed and built roaster, each batch of malt is especially cared for and monitored so as to have just the right character brewers are looking for! In our Grain + Fire series, we offer brewers a product ranging from sweet caramel malts to dark, robust malts.

Biscuit 20-30L
Our lightest toasted malt from the roaster this malt has great notes of baked bread, toasted biscuit, and roasted nuts.

Brown Malt 60-90L
Even lighter than pale Chocolate this malt has beautiful notes of dark toasted bread, light chocolate, and very light coffee.

Pale Chocolate Malt 200-250L
Light roast for lighter notes of coffee and Chocolate.

Heavily roasted malt. Lends deep flavors of dark coffee and chocolate.

Black Malt 450-550L
The darkest roasted malt that we produce. This is malt is a bit harsher with more bitterness than chocolate malt.

Chocolate Rye- 250-350L
Chocolate rye malt can be used in place of chocolate malt to add a coffee/chocolate flavor with hints of rye spice.

Chocolate Wheat 300-400L
Chocolate wheat is great way to get dark rich beers without the bitterness usually associated with chocolate malt. Since there are now husks chocolate wheat has lower astringency and is a much smoother dark malt.

Roasted Barley 350-450L
Deep black malt with tints of mahogany. This is a great malt to use when making any dark beers especially a dry Irish stout!

A bit darker than our roasted barley but even smoother. A great substitute for roasted barley to get a deep rich smooth beer.
