Bourbon Chocolate Malt Flour (1lb)
This is a unique flour you will only find here. First we malt barley, then roast it to a dark chocolate flavor and color. Then lastly we let that age in Bourbon Barrels for 2 months.
The result is a vanilla, bourbon, chocolate flavor and aroma that can be added in small amounts to baked goods for a very unique spin on breads, cakes, and pastries. My favorite is to use it in German chocolate cake.
