Description
Great for aroma, not strong on the palate.
Smoked with estate harvested, wild cherry wood. Has a light, sweet and almost tart smokiness. Slightly more pronounced than our Apple Wood smoked malt.
Pilsner Base:
A sweet malty flavor. Modified enough so it can be used in a single-temperature infusion. This malt is great for lager, light ales or pale ales. Made from German malt varieties grown locally and malted following German pilsner malt recipes making this the closest representation as possible.
