Oazacan Green Corn was first cultivated by the Zapotec peoples of modern day Mexico. It can be used in a step or single infusion mash. It will impart a green hue to your beer, being more pronounced with a higher ratio used. It will impart a slight fruity sweetness and nose with a malty undertone.
