Grodziskie (Oak Smoked Malted Red Wheat) Flour (1lb)
Another flour you will only find here. This starts out as Indiana grown soft Red Wheat with a 10.5% protein level. It is then floor malted and dried directly over Indiana white oak in our one of a kind Norwegian style Sainnhus. The result is an intensely smoky wheat flour that can be used in very small amounts to give your breads and baked goods a smoked character. Or my favorite is to use as breading for fried meats and mushrooms.
