Our Alder Cold Smoked malt provides a delicate, light and subtly sweet smoke flavor/aroma, Our Alder wood comes from northern Wisconsin.
Pilsner Base
A sweet malty flavor. Modified enough so it can be used in a single-temperature infusion. This malt is great for lager, light ales or pale ales. Made from German malt varieties grown locally and malted following German pilsner malt recipes making this the closest representation as possible.
