Description
Made in traditional Nordic fashion, Stjordal is floor germinated and kilned slow over Alder wood. This malt is an excellent representation of how old-world Nordic malts would have tasted. Stjordal can be used in a wide variety of Nordic and smoked ales. It will produce a radiantly red mahogany color.
